Accommodations
We have rooms at the Newhall Mansion (also the venue) for those above in gold and their plus ones starting on May 10th at 12pm through May 13th at 12pm. You are welcome to stay for all or part of this time!

This accommodation is offered as our gift to you. We are just asking that each room takes on at least one meal for the group during the stay at the mansion and that you help out with some of the set up. More on this in the Meal Planning section below and Wedding Party Obligations section on the right side of the page.
There is one tricky thing to this however, we are using the rooms you are staying in for cocktail hour, so we are asking everyone to move their personal items to the bridal suite upstairs for a few hours on Saturday.
Meal Planning
(for those staying at the mansion)
Based on what days everyone is staying we are planning on assigning meals to each room. Amanda and Jonathan will provide additional snacks, coffee/tea, and other drinks. (Both alcoholic and non).
The mansion has a huge kitchen, basic cooking equipment, and some spices and oils. It doesn’t have a grill and there is no fire allowed outdoors.

Wedding Party Obligations
Clothing- We are asking all of our wedding party to provide their own clothing. Amanda and Jonathan will be in touch about suggestions.
Set Up- We are asking for some help on Friday and Saturday as people are available to help set up the ceremony and reception area.
Cocktail Hour- Play lawn games and help direct guests.
Ceremony- Simple walk down the aisle and some photos before!
Reception- Enjoy and help keep the party going! Moms, dads, and siblings will be giving speeches.
Packing Suggestions (For those staying at the mansion)
The mansion has a pool so bring your swimsuit.
It will get cold at night so bring sweaters/jackets.
We suggest you bring all of your own toiletries; shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.
Nothing other than the wedding will be formal or dressy attire we would like everyone to be comfortable in PJs, sweats, shorts, etc.
The mansion has plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, etc. It also has a laundry facilitiy.
